MYIESHA TAYLOR, MD
Co-Founder and Principal
Dr. Myiesha Taylor is a renowned physician, educator, and advocate, known for her unwavering dedication to fostering holistic health and empowerment. Her academic journey commenced at Xavier University of Louisiana, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Chemistry. She furthered her education at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine of USC, earning her medical degree.

During her residency at the prestigious Los Angeles County Drew Medical Center, Dr. Taylor made history as the first woman Chief Resident, setting a benchmark in the program's legacy. Her certifications from the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM), coupled with her certification by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, underscore her commitment to elevating the medical practice standards.

Dr. Taylor's influence transcends the medical sphere, earning her recognition as a Women's Media Center She Source expert and features on NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt "Inspiring America" and Disney Junior interstitials. In acknowledgment of her impact, Disney Junior named a character, Myiesha McStuffins, in the popular children's TV show, Doc McStuffins. Her contributions have garnered numerous accolades, including the Texas Women's Foundation Young Leader Award, Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40, D Magazine Moms Who Inspire, and recognition as one of HBCU Digest’s Most Powerful People, among others.

Currently, Dr. Taylor serves as the Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated - South Central Region Chair on the National Task Force Our Health Matters and spearheads initiatives to mitigate health disparities and reduce maternal and infant mortality rates as the International Chairwoman for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. Project CRADLE Care.

In addition to her advocacy roles, she is a published author and a pivotal figure in medical cannabis research, serving as a Medical Advisor for Cannformatics Medical Cannabis Biotechnology. Dr. Taylor is also a co-founder of InDoc, a telemedicine enterprise offering specialized physician support nationwide.

Complementing her medical endeavors, Dr. Taylor is a distinguished educational strategist, empowering parents to adeptly navigate their children's educational journeys. She is a leading voice in homeschooling, gifted education, and early college initiatives, serving on the executive board of the Gifted Education Family Network and as an Expert Content Advisor for the Texas State Board of Education. She is also the co-founder and Principal of Fusion Point PR, serving as a catalyst for meaningful communication and connection between communities and various industries.

Finally, as a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians - ACEP and the AAEM - The American Academy of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Taylor is dedicated to providing comprehensive emergency medical care, showcasing versatility and commitment to community well-being across various platforms, solidifying her position as a pillar in the United States healthcare system's public health system and critical safety net.
WILLIAM SCHLITZ
Co-Founder
William Schlitz brings over 30 years of proven expertise in public and media relations, community engagement, and legislative advocacy. With a philosophy grounded in authentic connections, William's approach centers on a meticulous evaluation of client objectives, cultivating environments that nurture meaningful relationships within diverse communities.

His extensive background is rooted in a distinguished public service career, marked by collaborations with various elected officials and organizations. Throughout these roles, William has consistently delivered tailored solutions for intricate challenges faced by his clients.
​
In recent years, William's notable accomplishments encompass pioneering work, notably his award-winning grassroots campaign uniting Black women physicians with Disney for the nationally recognized We Are Doc McStuffins tour. This groundbreaking initiative empowered Black women physicians to connect with diverse communities, inspiring girls and students from all backgrounds to embrace STEM careers in healthcare.

Moreover, William boasts a comprehensive background in public policy advocacy. Having served a decade as a key figure for elected officials like Congresswoman Barbara Lee, former California Speaker of the State Assembly Bob Hertzberg, and former State Senator Edward Vincent, he transitioned to Dellums, Brauer & Halterman to oversee the firm's California government advocacy efforts. Subsequently, he assumed the role of Political and Communications Director at AFSCME Local 3299, championing the needs of over 20,000 University of California employees.

William's influence extends to his dedicated work with clients pursuing elective office, maintaining a dynamic presence in both California and Texas. Recent achievements include spearheading successful campaigns to elect Dr. Jared Williams to the Fort Worth City Council and Wallace Bridges to the Fort Worth Independent School District Board of Education. His adeptness in crafting and executing holistic campaign strategies continues to drive his clients toward their aspirations for elective office.

Beyond his professional endeavors, William finds fulfillment in his personal life. He is married to Dr. Myiesha Taylor, and together, they nurture three remarkable and talented children.
HALEY TAYLOR SCHLITZ, JD
Consultant
Haley Taylor Schlitz, at 21 years old, holds the distinction of being the youngest Black individual to ever graduate from a United States law school. Following her remarkable achievement, Haley felt a compelling urge to give back, embarking on an "IMPACT Year" during which she imparts her knowledge by teaching social studies to 5th grade students in Fort Worth, Texas.

In May 2022, at the age of 19, Haley earned her Juris Doctor degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law, marking a significant milestone in her journey. In May 2019, she achieved yet another milestone by graduating with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Texas Woman’s University College of Professional Education, becoming the youngest graduate in the institution's history.

Haley's expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of subjects including public policy, education, and issues that directly impact Generation Z. She played a pivotal role in the creation and leadership of grassroots initiatives supporting the Texas CROWN Act legislation, championed by State Representative Rhetta Bowers. Through her efforts, Haley rallied voters across Texas to endorse the legislation and personally testified before policy committees in the Texas Legislature, underlining the significance of the CROWN Act for Gen Z Texans. Notably, in June 2023, Haley stood alongside Representative Bowers in Austin as the CROWN Act was signed into law by Governor Abbott, marking a triumphant moment for all involved.

Renowned as a sought-after speaker on Generation Z-related topics, Haley has delivered impactful talks nationwide, delving into the challenges faced by this generation and how their diverse backgrounds and experiences will shape the trajectory of the nation in the years ahead. Additionally, she has authored thought-provoking pieces for esteemed publications such as TheGrio, Blavity, and Teen Vogue, shedding light on the issues confronting Black women and members of Generation Z within our society.

Haley's remarkable journey has earned her recognition on numerous fronts. She was honored as one of Beyoncé's This Is Black History 2020 awardees on February 28, 2020. During the 2021-2022 academic year, she served as one of seven national editors for the American Bar Association Law Student Division publications. Haley's commitment to fostering the next generation of leaders is underscored by her role as a board member for the Emerge Young Professionals Group, The Young Leaders Cabinet, where she actively contributes to building a pipeline of both women candidates and young supporters in the realm of politics.

Haley's accolades extend to her inclusion in Brightbeam's Top 30 Education Influencers in 2021 and her recognition as a 20 Under 20 honoree by Diversity In Action in 2020, emblematic of her contributions to education and societal progress. Notably, she takes immense pride in her membership in the historically Black sorority and esteemed Divine Nine organization, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.
IAN TAYLOR SCHLITZ, MBA

Ian Taylor Schlitz is a distinguished Generation Z scholar and forward-thinking entrepreneur, dedicated to empowering his peers to embark on transformative educational journeys and realize their boundless potential.

Presently, Ian is an esteemed participant in the illustrious Learning Technologies PhD program at the University of North Texas. His primary academic pursuit centers around exploring the intricate intersection of AI and education, illuminating how artificial intelligence can emerge as a formidable tool to usher every student towards their zenith of capabilities.
​
In May 2023, Ian achieved the remarkable feat of obtaining his MBA from Tarleton State University, a testament to his relentless pursuit of academic excellence. He had previously distinguished himself by graduating magna cum laude from the University of North Texas in 2021, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Studies. In 2020, he secured his Associate of Arts with High Honors from Tarrant County College, further underlining his commitment to comprehensive education.

Since a young age, Ian has harbored an ardent aspiration to establish his own business ventures. This aspiration crystallized in 2018 with the inception of Kidlamity Gaming, a venture aimed at providing a secure and nurturing platform for young gamers within the burgeoning realm of esports. His visionary leadership steered Kidlamity Gaming through its nascent years, orchestrating multiple esports tournaments tailored for young individuals aged 7 to 17 across the dynamic landscape of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.

However, the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic propelled Ian into a compelling pivot, leading to the birth of his boutique animation studio, BeinBian. At BeinBian, Ian's innovative team crafts bespoke block animation videos that cater to the diverse needs of global clients. His artistic creations have garnered significant acclaim within the block animation community, amplifying the studio's reach and influence. Ian currently commands an international collective of adept animators and skilled editors who collaboratively generate concise video content that resonates with discerning clientele.

Outside of his entrepreneurial endeavors, Ian's academic and intellectual prowess has been acknowledged through his association with eminent organizations. Notably, he is a distinguished Davidson Young Scholar, and his intellectual acumen has gained him membership in prestigious bodies like American Mensa and the Mensa Honor Society. He is also an esteemed participant in the National Black MBA Association, where he contributes his insights and expertise.
